Dr. Nancy Vrechek

Dr. Nancy Vrechek, and her husband Michael DeCastro, joined JupiterFIRST Church in 1987. Michael is the Bass Player on Sundays. They raised their two sons, Daniel and Bobby in all the faith activities here. Nancy was the Church Moderator in 1993 when the church called Pastor Barry as Senior Minister. She was  JFC Singer for a number of years and volunteered in many activities.

God means for us to be supportive of each other and supportive counseling in the content of the church helps us all move closer to our relationship with God. This is a covenant we have with each other to support one another. Dr. Vrechek is a licensed Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist, with a private practice in Jupiter. She has been providing services and consultation to the community, Episcopal Diocese, and various business and professional societies for 30 years. Click here to see her full resume.

 

Lori Oberacker Pardue

Lori has been an active member of JupiterFIRST Church since 1991 along with her husband, Jack Pardue (a JupiterFIRST Church Singer).Her three children, Mark, Luke, and Hana, grew up in our Sunday School and Youth Group Programs. Lori worked in our church office for many years.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Natural Health Professional she is part of the Community Christian Counseling Center in Palm Beach Gardens. There she helps her clients move towards spiritual and emotional wellness and interpersonal proficiency. Her specialties include individual, couples and family therapy, transitional issues, teens/young adults, anxiety, anger management, depression, stress management, relationship issues, separation, divorce, and spiritual concerns and alternative natural health.

She has extensive experience in Expressive Art Therapy which she utilizes to facilitate psychological treatment: specifically to promote healing, self-awareness and personal development. Lori leads groups at JupiterFIRST associated with grief and loss issues, separation and divorce.
